I am totally shocked that Florida isn't #1. I know it's the worst state to be a pedestrian in, and driving around here daily reminds me of how bad it is!

Who were 1 & 2? Why do I have a feeling that we are at least in the top 10. LOL I mean, even New Yorkers think we suck at driving. HA!

Nevermind...now I'm laughing HYSTERICALLY!

The state of Rhode Island leads the nation in driver cluelessness, according to the survey. The average test score there was 77, just eight points above a failing grade.

Those in neighboring Massachusetts were second worst and New Jersey, third worst.


Rhode Island didn't even require drivers to have car insurance until like 10 years ago! Does that say anything?

And we were second. **beams with pride** ;)
